The modern policy is very complex and dirty. It is caused by set of the reasons. One of such the reasons is World financial crisis which has arisen in the end of 2008. Because of it many people have lost work. Many people have lost the savings. World currencies, Dollar and Euro, have risen in to the price, and the price for oil has fallen.
